Ingredients:
- 18 frozen mini tart shells
- 1 package (4-serving size) Jello-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1 cup cold skim milk
- ¾ cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 1-3/4 cups mixed fresh fruit (small strawberries, blueberries, halved navel orange selections)
- 2 tablespoon icing sugar
Instructions:
- Bake tart shells as directed on package. Cool completely.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip; spoon into tart shell.
- Top with fruit.
- Sift icing sugar over tarts.
