Ingredients:



  • 18 frozen mini tart shells

  • 1 package (4-serving size) Jello-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding

  • 1 cup cold skim milk

  • ¾ cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

  • 1-3/4 cups mixed fresh fruit (small strawberries, blueberries, halved navel orange selections)

  • 2 tablespoon icing sugar

 


Instructions:



  1. Bake tart shells as directed on package. Cool completely.

  2. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip; spoon into tart shell.

  3. Top with fruit.

  4. Sift icing sugar over tarts.
