a) 糖 ‧癌細胞生長需要糖,阻斷糖的供應,就缺乏主要的養分‧替代糖,如 Nutra Sweet 、Equal 、Spoonful 等,都含人工甘味劑 Aspartame ,有害人體‧較好的天然替代品,是活性麥蘆卡蜂蜜,或糖漿,但只宜少量使用‧白鹽通常添加一種化學物,顏色才會變白‧較好的替代物是無言醬油〈 Bragg's aminos〉或海鹽‧
b) 牛奶 使人體產生黏液,尤其是腸胃的消化液‧癌細胞生長需要黏液‧不喝牛奶,而代之以無糖的豆漿,癌細胞就會餓死‧
c) 癌細胞在 酸性環境中大量繁殖‧肉類食品屬酸性,最好少吃豬、牛肉,多吃魚或雞 ‧肉類食品含有家畜抗生素、成長賀爾蒙、寄生蟲,這些都有害人體,尤其是癌症病患‧
d) 飲食中 80%包括新鮮蔬菜、果汁、全穀食品、種子、堅果、及水果,這樣有助於把體質改變為鹼性‧其他 20%可吃煮熟的食物,包括豆類‧ 新鮮的蔬菜汁提供活性酵素; ,容易被吸收,可在15 分鐘內到達細胞層,使健康的細胞增進生長‧要獲得活性酵素,每天喝新鮮蔬菜汁兩、三次〈大多數的蔬菜都可以,包括豆芽菜〉,並吃點生菜‧活性酵素在攝氏 40 度〈華氏 104 度〉就遭破壞‧
e) 咖啡、巧克力 ,含有高量的咖啡因,不宜飲用,可代之以綠茶,綠茶具抗癌成分‧飲水方面,最好喝淨化水,或過濾水,避免用水龍頭流出的水,因其含有毒素和重金屬‧蒸餾水屬酸性,也不宜飲用 ‧

戴奧辛化學物會致癌,尤其是乳癌 ‧戴奧辛對人體細胞有劇毒‧塑膠瓶裝水,不可冷凍,這樣會導致塑膠釋放戴奧辛‧城堡醫院康福專案經理,艾德華‧藤本博士最近上電視節目,解釋此一破壞健康的事情‧他談到戴奧辛,及其禍害 ‧他說,食物不該放在塑膠盒內,拿到微波爐裡加熱,尤其是含有脂肪的食物‧
因為脂肪、高溫、加上塑膠,會釋放戴奧辛到食物,最後進入人體細胞‧他反而推薦大家用玻璃來裝食物加熱,像康寧器皿,派熱克斯玻璃,或瓷器‧你可達到相同的結果,卻不含戴奧辛‧所以,像電視大餐,速食麵,速食湯等,都要從原來的盒中取出,換用別的東西裝起來加熱 ‧

1. Everyperson has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in thestandard tests until they have multiplied to a few
billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cellsin their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detectthe cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.
3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyedand prevented from multiplying and forming tumours.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritionaldeficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental,
food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet andincluding supplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and alsodestroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow,
gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys,heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damageshealthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumorsize. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in moretumor destruction.
9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation theimmune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person cansuccumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and becomeresistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells tospread to other sites.
11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by notfeeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.
CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one importantfood supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet,
Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A betternaturalsubstitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very smallamounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinaltract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting withunsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic andit is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef orpork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones andparasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts anda little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment.
About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juicesprovide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levelswithin 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtainlive enzymes for building healthy cells try and
drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat
some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperaturesof 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is abetter alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drinkpurified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tapwater. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestiveenzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrefied and leadsto more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from oreating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancercells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac,anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killercells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known tocause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method ofdisposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.
15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positivespirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness andbitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to havea loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily,and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygentherapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies.
Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxinsfrom the plastic.
Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxinsand how bad they are for us.
He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plasticcontainers.
This especially applies to foods that contain fat.
He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxininto the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.
Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramiccontainers for heating food.
You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TVdinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the containerand heated in something else.
Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to usetempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.
He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved awayfrom the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerouswhen placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, thehigh heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap anddrip into the food.
Cover food with a paper towel instead.
